I have a question: What kind of civilian candidate gets into the prep school? Do you have any specific examples? What is it about some candidates that they are invited to attend the prep school?

Thank you for your insight. My goal is to become an officer through the Academy. I feel that an emphasis on discipline is what I need. If I have to, I will do ROTC, but I really would prefer the regimented lifestyle of the Academy.
