For AFROTC, the online application did not open until June 1st, 2011 for the Class of 2016.

I just talked to the ROO at the University that I plan to attend. He told me that there were only 211 scholarships handed out from the first board. Looks like the budget cuts will result in less AFROTC HSSP Scholarships for the class of 2016. I feel extrmely grateful for beinng one of the 211...
