    Feeling pity for summer training

Thanks for link Nick. My DS is at max 2 now. I didn't get any phone calls so I guess all is good. That is something I didn't think I would have to worry about. Glad it seems everyone is ok.

    Afrotc pfa/pft

I believe you are correct. My DS had to test to get the scholarship, then had to test during the first semester of his freshman year to activate it.

When Do AFROTC 3 Year Scholarships Activate

Once you are qualified by DoDmerb you are good to go. You shouldn't need a second unless some issues were raised. When you start the scholarship your second year as a 200, the detachment will notify the school and tuition will be paid. Some schools also offer room and board for rotc cadets.

    Enrollment Allocations are out...

Thank you much, he has worked very hard and it has been on his mind, all the waiting and rumors with the cutbacks. His GPA was 3.0 and wasn't sure it would be enough. He is an aero/space engineer major.

    Enrollment Allocations are out...

I just recieved a call from my son that he was selected for a SFT slot. His det was 9 out of 13. My feelings go out to those that were not selected I know some good cadets were left out. Those of you who are going good luck and don't slow down.
