You are right about the reasons for not completing NAPS. The more information I am finding out about NAPS the better I feel about it. Thank you for your help. I will PM if I have more questions.

NAPS or ROTC My DS just received appointment to NAPS. He also received NROTC scholarship to University of Southern California as a Pre-med and additional school grants will cover whatever scholarship doesn't cover. I guess my concern is that there is still a small chance that DS may not get...
