Yup! I would have also got that a refund from the University. However, it is possible that some cadets made decisions based on the fact that they would be on scholarship, especially with loans, housing contracts, etc.

Yup. Sequestration has really sunk in.

Its only stipend for this semester. They already contracted us, so the plan seems to be to bring tuition and fees back ASAP, at least by next semester, but only stipend until then. No re-boarding, since we're technically still on scholarship.

Yup. My 3.5 year scholarship basically got pulled yesterday, so the scholarship consists of only stipend for now. Luckily, I'm not as bad off as others. I feel like they should have just not given any scholarships rather than this. Hopefully they bring it back soon.

Wow it kinda scares me that all of you dedicated people got TWEs! I'm still waiting believe it or not. Hope you all get Prep or Falcon Scholarships (myself included in anticipation of rejection)! Meanwhile, I'm moving on with plan c.

Still stalkin SPNU and no TWE here in Illinois! Very happy to NOT get a letter today. Still keeping the faith, although I got a TWE from USNA last week. I was expecting it because I had no nomination for them and no medical waiver.
