I know for me personally, I threw 58' for the basketball throw and I passed. I had an LOA at the time but I don't think they would have passed me just because of that. I agree that the basketball throw is the most pointless part of the CFA, yet most of the time the hardest. Good luck!

I have been cleared by DODMREB since August. Just recently I had my Wisdom teet removed with no complications. Should I notify DODMREB about this? Thanks in advance

I took a preliminary CFA today and here were my results: B-ball throw--57' Pull-ups--7 Sit-ups--62 Push-ups--57 Shuttle tun--9.1 Mile--5:17 I have an LOA and I was just wondering if these results would suffice? Is there anything I should work on? I plan on taking it Tuesday
