the only thing you really have to worry about is the minesweeper time. i believe it to be necessary that if you post your time it should be under 200. seriously

dont throw it like a baseball... i find that you get better results throwing like a javelin, or how a soccer goalie throws a ball. it uses a lot of ab muscles that way so work on sit ups as well.

You definately need to work on push ups and pull ups, if those scores dont improve I do not believe you will pass. Mile time could also use some work. Everything else looks alright though.

Agreed. And when you get labeled as a Blue Falcon, good luck, because it wont be easy after that.

All you really have to do is go to an Army or Air Force (or you could try Navy, but may not get a warm reception) exchange with your acceptance letter and explain that you need a pair of Bates Oxford Leather dress shoes. The store clerk will help you from there.

Be in good shape when you go, ace the CFA and be done with it early. Be prepared for an interview; why you want to go to the academy, etc. Really try to see if what they show you is how you would want to spend the next four years of your life.

The kind of kid that is brought up without breaking any kind of rules and living life between his suburban house and church group is not the same wild and crazy guy who goes through Ranger school and pushes his body past its limit so he will be better able to kill somebody. Those kind of guys...

That is a very naive statement, not to mention ignorant. New cadets are still in high school and you cannot expect them to live in a box for the remainder of there time as a civilian. Having fun in high school is as important as anything at this point in his life.
