I had a really bad cough after coming back from Field Training and went to the local Walgreens outpatient center. They thought I had bronchitis/pneumonia and prescribed me some meds, one of which was an inhaler to help clear things up. I have never had asthma or allergies and this was a one time...

Thank you. I am applying to the Air Force Academy. I was under the impression that they all talked too, so I am not expecting another one.

I received a letter from Rep. Biggert (13th) saying that she is not nominating me because Kirk plans to, but I have not heard anything from Kirk yet. However, I received a nom from Durbin so I was wondering if Biggert meant to say Durbin instead of Kirk. But I also have not heard from Kirk yet.

I took the CFA at the the West Point SLS. It was the real CFA, and the results are shown in my West Point portal. So can I just use those scores? Or do I have to take it again at my school?

Is anybody else having trouble getting into Newark by 1? The earliest plane i can catch will get me there by 2:04. And will this be a problem?

I dont think there is a way to find out exactly. But i applied a week ago which is late and still got in. So there should still be spots left.

One of the questions on the SS app asked if you were interested in being contacted and recruited by one of the coaches, and then it asked for what sport. If you answered no, the sports questionnaire probably didn't pop up.

I received two emails, one for the summer seminar application and another for the sports questionnaire.

I plan on sending back the SLS packet this weekend. Waiting a little bit just in case i hear from AF. I have to go to seesion 2 because my school doesn't end until June 2nd. And hopefully they won't add on days at the end of the school year. . . SNOW DAY NUMBER 2 TOMORROW BABY!

It is the opposite for me. I have been waiting on USAFA SS for 2 months now. One month of waiting for it to be processed, and another of being under consideration. USMA SLS, on the other hand, accepted me the day after i applied. That was almost a week ago.
