    ROTC request for School change...govt. shut down!

    Does one send the copy of the acceptance letter along with the response to the original offer (the same envelope)? Also, which would it be better to request the transfer to a school with same tuition/same brigade, or much lower tuition(in-state)/different brigade?

    Would a transfer from NYU (Expensive, private) to UC Berkeley be more possible than a transfer from the University of Michigan (In-state for me, public) to UC Berkeley?
