I know NAPS is a great opportunity, but If I don't get off the wait list, at my college, Im going to be in Texas A&M's Corps of Cadets so Ill still be an officer some day. As I've read somewhere on here, "the mission is the commission".

I got the same thing today, not entirely bummed. apparently there was a lot of applicants.

still waiting in southern TX; I think internally, I've been turning towards my plan B...I just want an answer you know? all my options on the table....friggin frustrating •_•

this is my second plan. I didn't receive an NROTC scholarship to A&M but I will go there if not USNA. Still waiting to hear from them and I am sorry for your TWE; good luck on your futuristic endeavors :thumb:

lol thank you pmlutton. Ill look at this ray of hope as a candle in the dark and as the saying goes, it is better to light one candle than to curse the darkness.

if it's unsettling because of the increase in applicants, I totally feel your point. especially when we can do nothing but wait. But as my mom says to appease my anxiety, i've done everything I can and to the best of my abilities and not to worry too much about things out of my control.

it is my understanding that "on the bubble" means 50-50 chance of a BFE or a TWE. This does not mean one is on the wait list however. Wait list candidates are qualified but there is not enough spots to appoint all the qualified candidates so to be wait listed means that when the Academy receives...
