Nevermind, I just read the "Required Mathematical SKkills" memo and found the answer. All cadets are enrolled in MA103, but the results of the FCE affect whether or not we will go onto MA104 or not.
I am reviewing the Fundamental Concepts Memo and the online USMA curriculum, and I'm curious. Are ALL new cadets enrolled in MA103, or does it vary based on your performance on the FCE? If so, does that mean that if you do not score the 90% on the FCE the first time that you will automatically...

As a 2014 cadet candidate and a lurker for over a year, I must say I find it amusing that Luigi throws a temper tantrum everytime someone says ANYTHING negative about USCGA or USMMA (both fantastic schools, BTW), yet 90% of his own posts is trash about how the "big three" are going down the...
So with May 1 just two days away (and thus most appointments that will be accepted probably already accepted)....what is the class size? How many people accepted appoinments?
I'm not going to give my thoughts on the law itself (suffice it to say that most of you would not agree)....but Senator Mccain's support is purely political, trying to help him win his primary. He's been tacking hard to the right for months now, going so far as to say that he is not a maverick...
The point is that "roughing them up a bit" is illegal, and America is great because it's a country that doesn't cut corners around the laws just because they're being broken against scumbag terrorists.
