Hello all- I am a class of 2017 appointee and I will be going up for the Academy Experience visit in a few weeks. I was wondering if anyone else has done this, what it's like/what to expect, and if there's any advice on things to bring or pack! Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you! I received a nomination from VA-11 (Connolly), but was redistricted after the census to VA-10 (Wolf).

Looks like I'm one of the first to hear back from the dreaded Northern Virginia--lucky enough to make it through and be blessed with an appointment, congrats and good luck to everyone else!

I believe they are, as my FFR has informed me of my admissions status (even though I did not ask). If for some reason they aren't allowed to tell you (oops!), I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Since it has been a while since I have submitted my CAR and related other information, I have received other awards and honors (merit scholar, varsity captain/letter, academic award over 4.0). My MALO has been advising me to keep my portal updated, but how do I submit these new awards? Any help...
