Depending on the competitiveness of your district, most congressmen will interview everybody. It's to the benefit of their constituents, so unless there are 100 people applying for each academy, its unlikely they would be too selective. None of this really matters though. The fact of the matter...

You can either use OhioStateDad's method (go blue! btw). Or go through all of your classes and allot a 4 for 90-100, 3 for 80-89, and 2 for 70-79. Usually this method will give you a bit lower of a GPA, but this method is used by more schools. For example, all UC schools and Michigan. Few use...

Pretty sure just like the MOCs. Although, you have to keep in mind if someone at the academy dropped out with the VP nom, then they have 2 spots open. Always something to consider.
