Hello, I am reapplying to USNA as a freshman college applicant. I did not get accepted last year. This year I am taking calc w/lab, physics w/lab,chem w/lab,english,military science and a college first year class and am doing pretty well. I also joined a club at school. I am not really sure...

I want to go into the Navy Active Duty and I do not want to go to the USNA. I just like the academic curriculum better at USMMA and the hands on experience.

I think going to USMMA and then the marine corps could be a great thing. Go for it. And definitely call USMMA admissions and let them help you out.

Am I allowed to bring civilian clothes or do I have to wait until after the 21 day indoc type period?

I dont know why, but in a way, I feel like the usmma is cheated out. They are one of the five service academies just as much as west point and USNA and the rest of them. I don't see why usmma would be out of the rotation. They too produce military leaders. Just my opinion though.

I received a form from NMMI and on it, the form says to submit a copy of my DoDMERB qualification letter. I am qualified but how do I obtain the qualification letter. The letter I received from DoDMERB a while ago is no where to be found. Any help would be great!

My status changed since the last time I checked. It now says:You are currently an active eligible applicant for an Army ROTC Scholarship.
