My friend and I were thinking about joining the civil air patrol and had some questions. 1) How are the people in it? 2) What do you do at meetings? 3) How much does it help with college applications, particularly the SA's? Ok thanks. There is a military high school nearby where i live where all students are required to take NJROTC. I was afraid that this would make it a lot more competitive to get a nomination. However, if they get additional nominations that will help me.

Does njrotc offer nominations bc i think i read somewhere that they do?
