I have seen/heard vague information about changes to ROTC OML but I was wondering if anyone has any facts. Does anyone know how much GPA is worth and how much PT and Camp are worth now? I heard a rumor that GPA is only worth 15 percent now. could this possibly be true?

Yes, my 3rd scholarship offer was to University of Delaware. Originally, the paper I received in the mail in the spring with my offers said my University of Delaware offer was 3-year but when I arrived on campus they said that was an error and I had actually received a 4-year.

I passed it on the first day! i have all the necessary paperwork filled out and now I will call cadet command on monday! thanks for that piece of advice

it sounds great now but do you think it is a mistake and that it will be retracted as soon as my bank account info/contracting paperwork gets to cadet command?

if it takes 45 days to process than does this mean stipend money is not received for the months of september and october or do stipend payments and the book allowance come before tuition payment.
