I agree, April 15 being the date for the second wave does not seem very viable, when referencing the past years.

What do you mean by if I'm not hearing from field force officers on a regular basic that that is an indicator? Are you saying that successful applicants, who are appointed, receive many correspondence while the unsuccessful ones are left in the dust?

Yes, I did receive a nomination and I am pretty sure that I was not the primary nominee! The officer that is associated with my region told me that I should just patiently wait and wasn't all too helpful...
