In all honesty though, don't even think about the countdown really....LIVE UP YOUR TIME NOW! Don't waste your time preparing for coming here. If you do, you will regret the time you gave up, instead of going and savoring the time left!!!

Im going from Eagle Eight to Dirty Dozen with 2 other of my freshmen squad members. The chances are very rare that that would happen....but it did. I'm going from brand new renovated dorms to the oldest part of Vandy =/

no point in bringing any seminar stuff....they will give you every thing. Also about the socks....a few amount of cadets had an allergic reaction to them. My advice...buy a pair and wear them for a couple days and see if you get reaction. That way you can let them know and can get different...

As far as dating goes.....try to avoid it until after freshmen year. I see alot of people that go for it freshmen year and most end awkwardly and provoke alot of distraction, especially towards academics. That being said, my advice is never "go blue". From my experience, its just not worth...

Recently the pay was switched around. The freshmen actually get around 400-500 a month now except for exception months where we had to gather alot of issued items which will be deducted from out total.

You also have to understand that alot more people are expected to accept their appointments this year than previous years, and the Class of 2013 is already way over the limit when we were sworn in during Basic. Especially with the status of the economy, alot more appointees are accepting quickly...
