Ah shucks :( Hubby just called USAFA advisor and he said our DS has a QNV letter in the mail. Well, we move on and go forward. My DS is disappointed, but is ready to press on. One small consolation for me is that my last lil chick will now only be a 45 min drive from home :)

Thanks Tailwind. Just checked mail and no letter. Is this the norm as far as notificaiton goes? Trying to stay optimistic. My son would like nothing better than to wave a BFE under the nose of his father, who is 1983 Citadel grad...LOL

Alabama Nomination Checked my son's USAFA application on line and saw that Senator Session nominated him. Little confused by this because I thought we would get a letter or something first. In any event, we are very excited.
