Does anyone know if USNA has a formal ball or event that Plebes are allowed to attend? I keep reading that there are formal events but Plebes are not to attend. If anyone could tell me if that is true or not I would really appreciate it. Thank you :)

Thank you so much for the help, all of us back home really want to know what he's going to be doing during his years there and this really helps us understand some of the things he will be experiencing and all of the choices of jobs he will have.:)
