I think CAPT Mark Kelly '86 gave 2012's Commencement Address, as opposed to what is planned for RADM Mark Buzby '79--that of "Distinquished Alumni Speaker" during the graduation ceremony--prior to the Commencement Address.

Not necessarily true....I just learned that the USNR obligation is not considered military service, and that an USNR Ensign in not a military officer.
