After graduating from the academy, if you are chosen does the military pay for grad school at AFIT? Can someone explain to me when and how one would go there?

I noticed on the vice president nomination application it wants you to upload letters of rec. Does this mean teachers or whoever should send their letters to me and I upload them? Can they just send them to the academy?

I was just wondering how grad school works after a service academy. How many people get to go? Does it get paid for? Do you owe more service time? Do you get to pick any university? Any insight would be great.
