I completely agree with you. I have called the Maxwell post office dozens of times to try and get them to explain why my first letter was returned and they NEVER pick up the phone. Yes, that's what happened with me. The two letters that I sent priority mail with FTU 2 were sent back to me. I'm hoping the last one with FTU 5 will not be sent back to me.
