NO, FVE is more in-depth, there are sit in informational meetings, 1-2 hour presentations. Participants may or may not have an offer of appointment yet. For those who don't have an offer yet, it is to get them to accept the offer. Participants have to be invited.

My son attended the second FVE session for the c/o 2027. Most of the FVE attendees in my son's session got an offer. I had a great time too as a parent.
