How are those people whose online status hasn't changed supposed to sign up for orientation?

Already added, my dad found out earlier (about 2 weeks ago) that my status was "Appointment Offered" from my counselor at USAFA.

Got a call today from Sen. Dodd saying my BFE was mailed out today from USAFA.
