Thanks a ton for the help. I definitely won't be relying on a Supe nomination, but I just wanted to make sure I had all my bases covered.

Do applicants ever recieve a LOA from an academy but not get a nomination from their MOC? I heard a rumor that the academies will work to find you a nomination if you don't get one in this case, but considering that MOCs can only legally nominate people in their districts, I'm not sure how this...
