I am going for Prep, but I would take whatever they give as they consider you for direct first before prep anyways. Also, they told us at the DVP that the prep will be our probable route unless we have a special circumstance.

Yes, All LEAD Applicants are under a separate board. Though I have not heard anything as far as if the schedule is the same, I presume it would be the same process, since its just a different board dedicated to enlisted applicants.

I also attended the LEAD DVP back in September. I recently emailed one of the LTs, and she said that all LEAD candidates should expect to hear around the end of March and the beginning of April.

I believe as long as your a citizen before I day you will be fine.
