I received a full NROTC scholarship a few weeks ago and recently a thought popped up. Does the admissions board at Annapolis see that I have received a scholarship and if so does it look good that I have one or do they figure that I already have a way to commission so I "don't need" USNA?

I might be wrong, but I heard somewhere that USAFA will close your application if you fail the CFA 2 times, is that the same for USNA? Also is there any limit to how many times you can submit CFA scores? Does it look bad that you may have taken the CFA multiple times?
