I have never heard of that club here at CGA. We have club pistol and rifle teams. And a Combat Arms team. But no archery club to my knowledge.

Just personal opinion here coming from a 1/c cadet. I would ensure that he still takes whatever the minimum credit load is to be considered a full-time student. I would also caution him and say to not overload himself. The academy would look very unfavorably upon bad grades (mainly Ds and Fs)...
