    Class of 2021 R-Day

I am the aspiring cadet, so I'll be looking for the forthcoming information after accepting my appointment. Thank you.

    Class of 2021 R-Day

Does anyone mind elaborating on WP reimbursing an appointee's flight? This is the first time I'm seeing this information, and I could use some insight onto the validity and details of such an arrangement. Simply linking me to another page or thread suffices as well. Thanks.

    Acceptances for Summer Seminar Out

Perhaps it has to do with the fact that there are 3 sessions of NASS and only 2 sessions of SLE and SS at Air Force? This is just a guess.

    Acceptances for Summer Seminar Out

I'll be going to the second session of SLE, coming home to Girl's State, then turning right back around and going straight to the third session of NASS. I'm trying to figure out airline tickets first before I even begin to think about luggage.

    Summer Seminar

Could anyone offer any insight into how the AFA's summer seminar stacks up in comparison to the summer seminars at the other service academies? (In terms of academics, physical demands, etc.) Most of the searches that turn up on the topic tend to paint the AF summer seminar as much "easier" than...

I was selected to attend Summer Seminar, but I have still not received an email. The only reason I knew to check my portal was this forum.

Lackluster math ability a deal breaker for engineering?

Just my two cents... I was never good at PSAT/SAT math either. Sure, I had always excelled in my math courses in school, but I would get to a standardized math test and everything I had ever learned would suddenly seem pointless. However, I now have a 740 on my PSAT math, 710 on my SAT math, and...

    Walk-On Sports

I have to disagree. Service academy coaches are permitted to call an athlete starting July 1st after the athlete has completed their sophomore year. I know this from direct experience as well. http://m.navysports.com/m/compliance/navy-compliance.html

    Walk-On Sports

All is well. My current 5k PR from last season is on the lower end of the range, though it's definitely within it (19:42). This has been my first cross country season though, so I'm improving pretty rapidly. My mile time is about 30-45 seconds off (current PR is 5:40), but again, I'm training...

    Walk-On Sports

I have googled searched (I would not be asking had I not yet already done so), but I'm looking for women's times, and I was hoping that maybe this link could also direct me to that info. I see now that it's obviously just men's times. Thanks for the help.

    Walk-On Sports

Would you mind sharing the link to this information? I'm a cross country/track runner as well, and I too want to know if being recruited/walking on is a possible option for me.

    SLE Medical Release Form

No worries, I will be listing my condition on the form! I meant that I did not feel comfortable disclosing my medical information on an anonymous online forum. That is all.
