Never mind, I got an email from someone at the Naval Academy saying it was an administrative error. What a disappointing thing to hear (no pun intended).

Hello, I just checked my Naval Academy admissions portal and it says "Fully Qualified Offer of Appointment" under Application Status. Does this mean my waiver has been processed? The DoDMERB website still says "Pending waiver review by USNA" but does this just mean USNA hasn't told them yet...

How do the uniforms work in the academy? i.e. ribbons and ABUs. Like, in pictures I see that some cadets have ribbons while others do not. Also is there a guide to all uniform things?
