so i joined AROTC this year i am an ms1 and we were not issued any equipment except the LBV, glasses,pt belt ... then they took away the LBV and told us to keep a canteen...we were also told that no cadet shall wear the uniform unless they were contracted.is this normal when previous year cadets...

soooooooooo... i have an talked to an AROTC instructor and i have been able to log into the website but i still have not received the packet that it keeps referring to it has now almost two weeks and nothing what should i do as my appointments are nearing ??
