Not this exact scenario, but my DS was declined, opened a new application for 2021 and received a call from admissions asking why he did that, as his file was still open. So they do have glitches - just call them.

DS just received notice today that medical waiver was granted - waiver board met yesterday. So if admissions only meets on Tuesdays as well, would he not hear anything before next week?

Sorry, there was a typo and I see why my question doesn't make sense. I was just wondering if you spoke to the Batillion officer at the school, or if you talked to the ROTC governing body, whatever the proper name is for that. But I think @5Day explained it.

Thanks, yes, he has already spoken to both battalion and admissions office at 2 schools at which he was awarded a scholarship. Unfortunately the Battalion at either one doesn't seem to have much influence, and the admissions offices said ROTC doesn't have any bearing on their decision so we...

I I feel you pain - in the same boat with added stress of having a ROTC scholarship but not having an admission decision from the school yet. Hang in there!
