Just curious if anyone has heard how much the Obama's budget has allocated to the USMMA for this year? Have there been any other funding developments over the last few months?

So I was fortunate enough to get Nominated from my Senator for the USMMA and already had a LOA. My Status has now changed to "Principle" - how soon do you think I will receive my Appointment Package? I believe something needs to get processed through MARAD before they send out the Appointment...
