Thanks for your replies. We still haven't heard anything...just that he is "in the top 4" on the waiting list. We did hear that PSU's NROTC unit's numbers are "tight" this year (not a lot of wiggle room with scholarships), and that none of their college program freshman received 3 or 3 1/2...
