    AROTC Scholarship Summer Training

    A great workout for the 2 miles once you have the endurance to knock out 5 miles easy is ladders. On your school track do a 400, 600, 800, 1000, then 1600 at your two mile pace and then do the same backwards. This should get you the footspeed to maxout on the 2 mile.

    I am currently a junior in hs and I think that I may have two possible disqualifiers. Firstly when I was 14 my doctor had refered me to a specialist for a possible asthma case.
