    My understanding is any Mid - the rosters are available on their intranet. Plebes won't get told until near I day prob via a mailing. If you know a Mid - they can look it up.

    A nomination does not have to be "found' -- The Supe has 50 nominations at his personal discretion (see USC Title 10) -- LOA's are to folks they want - and might go somewhere else if an early commitment isn't made. Most of them will get a nom on their own - and if not nominated for some reason...
