Thanks. My assumption was that the "WCS" mentioned for the MOC slates and NWL was the "score" after totalling the 80% Weighted Composite Score and the subjective 20% Selection Panel totals. My confusion was the WCS could be Weighted Composite Score or Whole Candidate Score. So the WCS is 80%...
