My DS had a similar problem and was told by technical support to clear all of his history and website data prior to signing in. You can always try that, too.

Last summer, DS attended both USMA and USNA summer programs; however, he was rejected from AIM. Yesterday, it was an exciting day in our household as DS received an appointment!
