Did anyone get an email confirming that CGA received enrollment paperwork? It was marked as delivered last Thursday, but haven't gotten anything confirming that CGA actually has it in hand & processed.

The one enclosed in the package is the 2023 W4, so it should be okay 🤷‍♂️. In the enrollment forms package there's a letter discussing it that says the questionnaire and surveys will be sent out via email 2-3 weeks prior to Day 1.
