I believe this coming Saturday, 7/9, is "Doolie Day In" and the cadets are allowed to make phone call(s). Can anyone tell me just what the phone rules are? Are they issued their cell phones and allowed to make unlimted calls that day? Do they get one call? If so, when could we expect it...
