You need to choose the school that has the best education for what you want to major in.

So if my DS's portal changed to the above, that means that he is in the "Final Phase of Processing" does that mean that he can still get rejected and will we still be waiting until April to hear if he has a scholarship or not. Thank you for all your help on this process.

I am glad to hear that there is hope for my DS. he is color deficient and just waiting to see if he gets a waiver. No one has suggested that he take the FALANT test.

Thank you, I guess he will have his answer by the middle of April from everything that I have read on this site. Plan B is in place if the appointment does not happen.
