Thanks for that info! I didn't realize that and I was planning on getting it knocked out early. I guess I'll just get the small things out of the way first.

Does anyone know if you have already been reviewed by a previous board and not selected, are you given another chance at the next board?

The maturity level of the majority of his posts on this forum really speaks for itself, and only serves to validate the Academy's decision.

This is definitely not the attitude of someone who would succeed at an Academy. Consider that next time you are wondering why you were not accepted.

Just found that TWE in my mailbox. I have to admit, I was kind of expecting it at this point so I had already kind of accepted it. Plan B is looking good though, going to be doing AFROTC at NC State rooming with one of my best friends (who's also doing AFROTC), and of course waiting to hear...

C'est la vie. You don't always get what you want; all you can do is your best. I know it's frustrating, but that really isn't the best attitude to have at this point.

I'm in NC 3rd district and I'm still waiting. Nothing in the mail or portal today.

I'm still patiently waiting for any news like many of you. I looked at the list of appointments and it seems that quite a few got sent out on the 29th (last Thursday) so maybe we'll be seeing some more in the next few days! Just a shot in the dark, though. :thumb: Edit: Also, keep in mind...

I remember seeing somewhere that as long as your SAT scores are good (or you retake the ACT) the Academy will just ignore whichever one isn't so good. I did pretty bad on the Science part of the ACT also. :frown:
