Last year DS called admissions to confirm that a notarized copy was acceptable and was told yes, so that's what we did. Have not heard anything else about it from USNA.

Ds was awarded an NROTC-MC 4 year scholarship . Should he update His USNA Admissions info with this? Could this help or hurt his chances?
