Just my $.02 but as an infantryman the most predominant watches I see (including mine ) is the G Shock. It's a great durable watch that will last a long long time. I live mine!

Ive been admitted to the class of 2017 and I was wondering, after the first summer are cadets allowed to wear/use personally owned gear (plate carriers, chest rigs, etc). Just wondered if we are required to exclusively use TA-50. Thanks for your time in answering another stupid question.
