My daughter was awarded a 3 yr on the second board. I asked the PMS at the college she’ll be attending if there’s a possibility of it being upgraded this round and he specifically said there will be no upgrades for current scholarship offers. Has anyone else heard this?

If you already have over 30 college credits and are awarded the 3 year, how does that work with having to start as a freshman?
