I may have answered my own question. On a hunch, I checked YouTube and last year's crowd was NOT in any "fancy" attire at all. No further posts required, thank you!
Are they expecting people to dress in a coat and tie to sit in the stands at Stillman Field?
Dress: Ladies: Slacks, Skirt or Dress
Gentlemen: Business Suit or Coat and Tie Military: Service Dress with Flight Cap Cadets: Parade Dress
Is that what they've done in the past? Seems a bit much to...
Anyone know the cost for a cadet to purchase a saber at the cadet store? AOG advised me that it was cheaper for them to buy it there than to buy one online from the AOG. Maybe some of the prior cadets could answer this one for me!
I can also attest it makes a difference WHERE you are on the hill. My son sometimes had to go outside just to get a signal and other areas he was getting four bars INSIDE his room. He had TMobile and ATT. I'd go with ATT.
Can anyone recommend gifts for sponsor families and also for a retired AF officer who will be coming into USAFA to do our commissioning? Pretty much open on this.
Was anyone else advised by their cadet that they needed names, driver license numbers, and DOB's of anyone attending the graduation in June, and they needed it within a day or so? I see no mention of that anywhere on the USAFA graduation web pages.
Happy New Year to all! Our son is a firstie and is planning on inviting his high school ROTC instructors to be a part of his commissioning ceremony. What expenses should we be responsible for? Air fare? Lodging? etc.? Much appreciated!
Who and/or how many people can attend the commissioning ceremonies? I thought it was limited to immediate family due to space, but then I've heard you can bring as many people as you'd like. Thanks.
