Frankly the opportunity to go to Middlebury is one that should be carefully considered. It is one of the top schools in the country, and UVM, though a great school, simply does not compare to it academically.

You don't need to do DoDMERB before the ROTC scholarship offer. If you get a scholarship you will go through with DoDMERB. I'm guessing that you applied to or began the process to a SA, which is why you did DoDMERB now ( I did, too). It sounds like you are all set.

It stays in caps for the statement. I had the same issue with the scores for the ACT, but Cadet Command has my scores on file so I think its all set.

I dont think that you can change your scores on the actual application. I tried but the system would not let me. I just took a pdf document and sent it to cadet command and followed up with a phone call to make sure they were added to my application file.

You do not need DoDMERB to be reviewed by the board. My status says the same thing (not received) next to DoDMERB. I emailed Cadet Command asking if I was board ready and they said I was. So I don't think you need it for your application to be reviewed. Hope that helps.

I know, I saw your question. Don't focus so much on this Ranger/Special Forces stuff now. If you want to be an officer through ROTC, focus on getting good grades in colleges, doing well at LDAC and getting Active Duty.

What portal? The one for the actual application or for the status of the application? If it is for the actual application, I've found that it takes you to that page you mentioned from time to time. It should be fine in a while.

On the status page it should say "received" for transcripts. When everything is in you should get an email from Cadet Command.
