In 2010, my DS missed his Virginia high school graduation. It was the same day as I day.

I think USAFA10's post is spot on. Also, I forgot to mention that my DS said that the freshman should treat Knowledge Tests as a separate class. They should budget time for it and consider it part of their academics so it doesn't get overlooked.

My 2014 DS also had the same experience with getting stuck multiple times. He still says that was the worst part of I day. He is now going to be a flight commander for 2nd beast-- can't believe how fast the time goes (for us, not him).

My DS is a rising senior and the usafa dentists have determined that he doesn't need to have his wisdom teeth out. I think that the USAFA dentists will end up making that determination.

Thanks so much for the information Flieger83! Our friend's son was a bit disoriented by the change for a day or two (had to wrap his head around the whole concept) but now he is full speed ahead excited for his appointment. We told him to get used to being disoriented :smile:

that is not a problem at all. We know a current cadet who had the same situation.
