for your teacher evaluations, were they contacted AT ALL after they submitted their online form?

My teacher keep asking me if after the fill out their evaluation for me online, where they have to put their contact information, whether or not they will be contacted for any reason whats so ever after the eval is submitted. Doesn anyone know the answer to this?? Thank you.
